Where are we going?

This work is part of my hands series.

The piece was finished in 2020. It depicts the hands of an older sister and her younger brother, they hold and support each other and march together towards their (yet unkown) future. Some possible life paths are sprouting in each direction forward, and the silver leaf of nature protects and nurtures them. The piece is done in colors butwas ultimately subdued in white, also a symbol for not having full knowledge of the future yet (not tabula rasa, because there is a lot of structure already!).
