Everything is connected

This work is part of my hands series.

The piece was finished in 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. As we are so networked nowadays, also our destinies are cross-linked. There is no secluded living happening naturally anymore, so we had to isolate ourselves in lock downs all over the world. And yet we stayed connected, through social media, through shared fears, through solidarity and – sadly – also through jealousy and distrust.
