«Refund and Returns Policy»


We do not replace items as every available item in our shop is one of a kind.



Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns except for damaged goods.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your purchased item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the item was damaged in transit we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Claudia Jäggi Art, Sonnenbühlstrasse 30, CH-8405 Winterthur.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but these will later be refunded in case you enclose a respective receipt within the package. If no receipt is included, shipping costs will not be refunded.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
